Some appointments take longer than others. We ask for your patience and understanding if there is an unexpected delay on the day of your appointment. If you have been waiting longer than 15 minutes, please inform our reception staff.
We aim to give you an appointment with your preferred clinician. Where this is not possible, we will offer you an appointment with an alternative clinician.
