Our team may use medical AI scribe software  to enhance the way we take medical notes, to allow them to spend more time to focus on patients and their health.  The software will generate a summary which the Clinical will review and then save into medical notes.

The software is credited for use in the NHS, compliant with data protection laws and cannot access medical history.

FAQs

Do you store recordings?

What you say is recorded while you talk and is only stored until it is checked by your Clinician and saved into your medical record. Any notes your doctor writes during the visit will be added to your medical file like usual.

Does it record everything I say?

Heidi only keeps the important health information. Your Clinician looks at it and makes sure it’s right.

Do I have to give my consent?

If you don’t want us to use the recorder, please just let any of our team know. You can also change your mind at any time.

Is it safe and secure?

Yes, Heidi follows all the rules in the UK to keep your information private (complies with UK data protection laws, including GDPR, ensuring your information is handled securely and confidentially).
