PLEASE NOTE only patients with a BMI of 40+ AND at least 4 of the following conditions will be eligible: High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Heart Disease, Sleep Apnoea and Type 2 Diabetes.

If you can’t get an appointment with your GP or can’t get there during the day due to work or other commitments you can use the Enhanced Access Service.

Sunderland offers extra appointments seven days a week at your local out of hours site, alternatively it may be possible to arrange an appointment at another site across the city which your practice will arrange.
