Our test results line is open between 4pm and 5pm, every day. Please allow five working days for your test results to be reviewed and reported by our clinical staff.
Results of x-rays and ultrasound scans can take longer to be returned to the practice.
Staff will not give out smear results over the telephone. Results are posted to your home address from the central screening office.
The hospital will provide the results of any tests that you have had while in their care.
Sick Notes (Fit for work notes)
A face-to-face appointment must be made with a GP for the first issue of a sick note for a specific condition. Requests for follow-up sick notes relating to the same condition, can be made via a receptionist.
