Registering digitally
Alliance Medical Group operates an open list policy.
You can now register as a new patient at one of our practices online. Select a practice from the options below:
It is quick and easy to register and change doctors and takes only a few minutes to organise.
You may be offered an appointment for a new patient check with our healthcare assistant which will give us the opportunity to meet you and your family and also allows you to find out more about the practice.

Summary Care Record – All patients are signed up to Summary Care Record. This allows our health partners to access your records. If you don’t want to allow our partners to access your records, contact the practice to “Opt Out” of this service.
Online Services – You can register for online services at any time. This allows you to a) make an appointment. b) request repeat prescriptions.
Violence and Aggression – We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards violence, aggression or verbal abuse. Any patient who behaves in such a manner towards a member of our practice staff or another patient of our practice, on or off surgery premises, will be removed from our patient list and if necessary, reported to the Police.
